Workers Compensation

If you have been injured on the job or you’ve developed an occupational illness or other health condition related to the work you do, then you may file a workers’ compensation claim. Unfortunately, insurance companies frequently reject legitimate workers’ compensation claims.  Even if they don’t reject such claims, they often cause difficulties and unnecessary challenges.  At minimum, they most likely will not tell you all that you are entitled to.  At Levine Law Firm, PLLC, we will make sure you are made aware of every single benefit that you deserve, and we will pursue your benefits to the fullest extent of the law.

Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has special provisions in place for workers with disabilities. Workers may be eligible for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) if they have a disability preventing them from working or seeking new employment. Because the program is funded by the SSA, your eligibility is based on your disability and how many years you have worked and paid Social Security, amongst other factors. You may also be entitled to Supplemental Security Income, depending on your disability and financial status.
